Policies

Booking and Confirmation:
All appointments must be booked through our online booking system.
A confirmation email or text will be sent upon booking. Please confirm your appointment within 24 hours.
A valid credit/debit card is required to confirm an appointment. We use Square to securely hold your card on file.
Deposit Requirement:
If you do not wish to enter/keep your card on file, you can e-transfer a $25 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of booking. This deposit will be applied to your service on the day of your appointment.
Failure to provide a card on file or e-transfer the deposit will result in the cancellation of your appointment.
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
No-Show Policy:
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% of the service cost and all deposits would be forfeited.
Repeat no-shows may be required to pay in full before booking future appointments or blocked to book appointments.
Late Arrivals:
Please arrive on time for your appointment. We do have a 15 minutes grace period but any later than that may require your appointment to get rescheduled. Repeated late arrivals will be subject to a late fee.
Clients arriving late will have their service time reduced accordingly but will be charged the full service price.
Refills and Maintenance:
Refills are recommended every 2-3 weeks to maintain the best appearance of your lashes.
If more than 60% of your lashes have fallen out, a full set will be required and charged accordingly.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with your lashes, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to address any issues.
Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds on services. However, we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction with our service.
Pre-Appointment Guidelines:
Please arrive with clean lashes. Avoid using mascara or any oil-based products before your appointment.
Inform your technician of any allergies or sensitivities.
Sickness Policy:
If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who appear to be sick.
Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.
All services must be paid for at the time of the appointment.
Gratuities:
Gratuities are appreciated but not required. If you wish to tip, you may do so in either cash or add it to your card payment.
Children and Pets:
For safety and relaxation reasons, please do not bring children or pets to your appointment.
Personal Belongings:
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items. Please keep your belongings with you at all times.
